Rachael Blumberg Chiprut

Rachael's work is devoted to helping women come back to themselves and create a life that feels good to live inside of. She is the founder and CEO of Platefit, a vibration based wellness studio in Los Angeles, and the creator of a coaching practice rooted in somatic healing and nervous system regulation.

She believes the body is not broken. It is doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe. Her work teaches women that healing begins the moment the body finally feels safe enough to rest.

Rachael is in this village because she knows that sometimes what a woman needs most is not advice. It is someone who will sit down, hold space, and simply be there.
