We want you to feel confident about your investment in Next Evolution Collective. Here is how refunds work across our services.

Village Assessment

The Village Assessment fee is non-refundable. This fee reflects Dr. Michelle's time and expertise in reviewing your needs and building your personalized plan.

Village Bundles

Village Bundles are non-refundable once purchased. Because each bundle is built specifically around you, hours are reserved and professionals are introduced based on your personalized plan. Your hours remain valid for use over the period outlined in your plan.

Village Membership

The Village Membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, and you will keep access through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Exceptions

If you believe there has been a billing error, or you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing a service you paid for, please contact us at michelle@nextevolutioncollective.com within 7 days and we will review your situation.
