Next Evolution Collective is a coaching, education, and community platform for women navigating major life transitions. We are not a clinical practice. Nothing offered through Next Evolution Collective is psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Dr. Michelle's licensed psychology practice is separate and independent from Next Evolution Collective. We offer a free intro call, a paid Village Assessment with Dr. Michelle, curated Village Bundles built around your specific needs, and a monthly Village Membership. Details of what each includes are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

The professionals in our village are independent contractors, not employees of Next Evolution Collective. We personally vet each professional, but each professional is independently responsible for the services they provide. Next Evolution Collective facilitates introductions and is not liable for the specific services, advice, or outcomes provided by village professionals.

Village Assessment fees, Village Bundle investments, and Village Membership subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

The Village Membership renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Prices are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify current members before a price change takes effect.

You agree to use our website and services respectfully and lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or community spaces.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and materials shared during sessions, belongs to Next Evolution Collective or its licensors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, membership, or introductions to village professionals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Evolution Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or end access to our services for anyone who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
