Lauren Weisbarth

Lauren Weisbarth is a Los Angeles based transformational life coach, breathwork facilitator and certified Ocean Healer. She created The Ocean Within Method, a five sensory healing approach that helps people reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally and energetically by calming and gently rewiring the nervous system.

Through breath, mindful movement, and sensory awareness, Lauren creates space for clarity, emotional release, and lasting transformation. She believes real transformation isn't about pushing or forcing change, it's about creating the conditions where healing can unfold naturally.

As part of the Next Evolution Village, Lauren supports women through breathwork, sound healing, and coaching. She helps her clients reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their sense of calm. Her work invites women toward a different way of moving through life, one where responding replaces reacting, and where trust replaces the instinct to carry everything alone.
