I have spent more than twenty years sitting with women in the hardest moments of their lives. Divorce. Loss. New motherhood. The slow unraveling of a life that once fit and quietly stopped fitting.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Los Angeles, and for most of my career I did this work the way I was trained to. One woman, one room, one hour at a time. It was meaningful work. It was also, I came to understand, incomplete.

I know that because I lived it. I built the private practice I had always wanted, and then I became the woman who needed the support. My marriage ended. I became a single mother to two young children, holding full time work and full time parenting with almost no space left to breathe. I loved my therapist and I was not going anywhere, and still I felt stuck, moving through the same things again and again without ever really moving through them.

What finally shifted me was not one more method. It was support that reached me from more than one direction at once. The mind, the body, and the people around me, working together instead of separately. That is when things began to move.

Next Evolution Collective is what I built from that. A place where a woman does not have to carry it all alone. Where the people beside her are chosen for their depth and their steadiness, not their intensity. Where the right support and the right people meet her exactly where she is.
